St. Timothy Bunyere Primary School has long faced challenges in accessing clean and safe drinking water, with pupils and staff relying on distant and often unsafe sources. In response to this pressing need, the Macfo Foundation, with sponsorship from the Global Nature Fund (GNF) and the Hannover 96 Fans Club, successfully installed a borehole at the school. This project was further supported through generous donations by Jutta, Ilona, Dirk, and Dieter from the Bambisana Group, together with DRK OV Dreis-Tiefenbach e.V. The initiative marks a significant step toward improving water access, health, and learning conditions, ensuring a reliable and sustainable source of clean water for the entire school community.
